These terms govern your use of the HyperionWave platform and services. By accessing or using HyperionWave, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HyperionWave platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
HyperionWave provides an AI operations platform including:
- AI agent orchestration and workflow automation.
- Integration management with third-party AI models and services.
- Task management, process blueprints, and team collaboration tools.
- File storage, data management, and analytics dashboards.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Registration
To use our platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. User Obligations
When using HyperionWave, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Use AI agents and automated processes responsibly and ethically.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures.
- Respect rate limits and fair usage policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated through HyperionWave using your data remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
The HyperionWave platform, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by HyperionWave Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
6. Data & AI Usage
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key commitments:
- Your data is never used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
- AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is” and should be reviewed before use.
- You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable regulations.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperionWave and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HyperionWave in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may close your account through the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days to allow retrieval, after which it will be deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
